Asian Chicken and Cabbage Salad
A salad of green cabbage, carrot, and radish is dressed with a yummy lemon sesame vinaigrette. Then we add our house-brined chicken, which is seared, sliced, and topped with toasted almonds and sesame seeds. Lots of vitamins, nutrients, and protein in this one!

What’s in it?

Green cabbage, carrots, black and white sesame seeds, slivered almonds, cilantro, radishes, scallion, lemon, olive oil, white wine vinegar, sesame oil, sugar, salt and pepper.

Orzo with Roasted Vegetables
We roast our vegetables to get tons of flavor, then add a lemony vinaigrette, feta, and toasted pine nuts.

What’s in it?

Orzo, lemon, olive oil, eggplant, red onion, peppers, garlic, salt and pepper, feta cheese, toasted pine nuts, and scallions.

Cold Sesame Noodles with Vegetables
Another twist on a classic- we add lots of veggies to our noodles and our sesame sauce made with tahini pulls it all together.

Soba noodles, cucumber, carrots, black and white sesame seeds, scallions, garlic cloves, tahini paste, hoisin, soy sauce, peanut oil, sesame oil chili pepper oil, pepper.

Greek Farro Salad
Nutty farro pairs with fresh veggies, feta, and olives for a twist on this Greek classic.
