We work closely with local farmers to come up with value-added products made from their produce & the animals that they raise right here on the North Fork.

Our store at 55 Middle Road in Mattituck is open for retail Fridays-Sundays, but the rest of the time we are a wholesale kitchen providing products to local farms, restaurants, vineyards, and local small businesses.
